Assistant Construction Manager

Required Skills & Experience

Qualifications\n\t• 2+ years of experience in construction as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar role.\n\t• Experience working for a General Contractor (GC) preferred.\n\t• Large commercial construction experience required; data center experience is a plus.\n\t• Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, and construction document management.\n\t• Strong communication and organizational skills.\n\t• Ability to work onsite and collaborate with project teams.

Job Description

The ACM will help keep projects organized and moving forward by supporting project documentation, coordinating with project teams, tracking project progress, and assisting with day-to-day project execution.\n\nResponsibilities\n\t• Support Project Managers with the execution of construction projects.\n\t• Manage and track RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.\n\t• Assist with document control and project tracking systems.\n\t• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams.\n\t• Help monitor project schedules and track key milestones.\n\t• Assist with budget tracking and project reporting.\n\t• Attend project meetings and follow up on action items.\n\t• Learn company processes, systems, and project management tools.
