• Mon - Fri hybrid -- half-day clinic or elective OR plus inpatient
• 24-hour call on weekends -- inpatient coverage only
• 5 - 10 phone consults per day; 3 - 5 per 24-hour call period
• Adult patients primarily -- very few pediatric patients
• Inpatient and outpatient coverage -- active consults with rounding
• Admissions managed by hospitalists -- no direct admissions required
• General and adult urology required -- robotic and laparoscopic preferred
• Pediatric urology and advanced endoscopic techniques preferred
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
• Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail
