Your Impact:

Trade shows and events are where Formlabs puts our products directly in front of the people who use them, and North America is one of our most active regions on the calendar. As Event Specialist, you'll be the right hand to our NA Events Managers - involved in every show from planning to final wrap-up, and building the hands-on expertise that experiential marketing careers are built on.

You'll own the details that make a booth come together: ordering printed collateral, preparing displays and product samples, keeping consumables stocked, and coordinating the shipping, vendors, and campaign materials behind every show. It's a fast-paced and high-visibility role.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the right hand to the Marketing Managers, Events (NA), involved in the planning and execution of every trade show and company event on the North America calendar
• Order and manage printed collateral (leaflets, brochures, signage), ensuring materials are on-brand, accurate, and delivered on time
• Prepare, track, and pack display parts, demo units, and product samples for each show, making sure the right materials are ready to ship
• Order and manage booth consumables and supplies (e.g., cleaning and setup supplies, packaging, printer/label materials) needed for smooth onsite execution
• Track and maintain inventory of event materials, including demo units, signage, swag, 3D-printed demo parts, and booth hardware
• Coordinate with recurring vendors and shipping/freight partners to ensure materials arrive on time and within budget
• Maintain internal tools such as shipping calendars, logistics trackers, and asset management systems
• Support post-show wrap-up: processing returns, documenting damage, and assisting with invoice reconciliation
• Support execution of pre- and post-event marketing campaigns (email, social, promotional materials) in partnership with the Marketing Manager, Events
• Help prepare internal enablement materials for booth staff, such as demo scripts, presentation decks, and talking points
• Support onsite booth staffing coordination and scheduling
• Assist with gathering event performance data (leads, attendance, engagement) and compiling post-event reports
• Coordinate with the design team to ensure booth assets, signage, and collateral are on-brand and print-ready
• Serve as onsite support at events, helping represent Formlabs to customers, partners, and prospects
• Up to 25% travel across North America, to assist with onsite event marketing tasks.

About You:

• 1–3 years of experience in events, marketing, or logistics coordination - through professional experience, internships, academic projects, or other hands-on involvement
• Strong organizational and project management skills; comfortable managing multiple timelines and shifting priorities
• Familiarity with event marketing fundamentals (campaigns, collateral, brand guidelines) and/or event logistics (freight, vendors, booth operations)
• A proactive communicator who works well cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Design, and Logistics
• A detail-oriented, get-it-done attitude, with comfort working independently on defined projects and asking for guidance on new or ambiguous problems
• Comfortable traveling ~25% of the time

Bonus Skills:

• Experience creating or supporting event marketing content (email, social, presentations)
• Background in B2B tech or manufacturing
• Familiarity with international shipping, customs paperwork, or exhibit house coordination

Compensation

We are all owners of Formlabs and direct beneficiaries of our success. We believe that equity is a critical component of compensation at Formlabs, and we want our newest team members to understand the potential value of their equity compensation. Full time employees receive equity, in the form of RSUs. Your financial investment will grow with us in accordance to your impact.

At Formlabs, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location and expected impact on the organization.

The annual base pay range for this role is:

$75,000—$95,000 USD
