Overview We are now hiring licensed cosmetologists and barbers for both full-time and part-time positions in Charlottesville! We have a generous PTO policy for both FT and PT staff (earn time off from day-one,) as well as a 401k with 4% company match, and annual tool allowance. Qualifications Active Virginia Cosmetology or Barber License The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips brand experience (don’t worry, training is provided) The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe Benefits A steady flow of customers and immediate customer base – no current clientele required.
