CDR ProSource is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our team near Goshen, IN . The ideal candidate for this position will be a motivated individual with strong work ethics, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing results in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

Job Type: Full-Time
Job Location: Goshen, IN
Pay Rate: Pay Rate: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 A.M. – 2:00 P.M.

Key Responsibilities

Maneuver forklift to load and unload trucks for inventory, delivery, and inbounding freight
Operate or train on Carpet Poles Forklift boom (must not be intimidated to use)
Physically lift and maneuver adhesive can products up to 50 lbs onto skids
Utilize scan guns for inventory management
Handle automated paperwork (training provided)
Collaborate closely within a small team environment of 4 warehouse employees

Qualifications

Proven experience operating forklifts
Willingness to train on specialized equipment (Carpet Poles Forklift boom) and automated paperwork
Ability to handle regular physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a small, tight-knit warehouse setting
Strong attention to detail for inventory scanning and paperwork tracking
