Independent Living Support Specialist

Open Arms Care

Open Arms Care Corporation in Chattanooga, TN is looking for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals in a home-like setting. The role emphasizes active treatment, skill development, and independence through person-centered approaches.

The DSP will transport clients to appointments, document progress, participate in ISP planning, and work with the team to ensure safety and quality of care. CPR and PCM training are required or completed within specified windows.
