Systems include air conditioners, ductless Mini splits, air handlers, furnaces, and more.Install and seal ductwork systems for optimal airflow and energy efficiencyPerform system startups, testing, balancing airflow, and ensure proper operations and there are no leaksTroubleshoot installation issues on-site and recommend upgradesCommunicate clearly with homeowners and team members to ensure all work is being completed on timeMaintain clean, organized and safe job sites. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
