Skills Desired:
Strong understanding in Infrastructure Platform, End points and Enterprise Monitoring tools
Strong understanding of AI technologies: ML, NLP, GenAI
Strategic thinker with a passion for solving complex operational problems
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
Create value frameworks, ROI analysis, and business cases for automation programs
Innovative mindset and a self-starter attitude
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Understanding in leveraging AI/ML models, natural language processing, and computer vision to enhance automation
Experience in developing innovative, AI-driven use cases and prototypes to demonstrate business value
Expertise in identifying inefficiencies and automation opportunities across business units
Experience in translating technical solutions into business value
Experience in designing scalable, modular AI-automation solutions
Strong knowledge of ITSM tools and integration platforms
Organizational, behavioral skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead and manage projects.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
