Job Title and Location Scientist - I (Assistant) - Lansdale, PA Pay $32.14/hour Job Description This is an exciting opportunity for passionate science enthusiasts eager to contribute to innovative laboratory research and process optimization. You'll be involved in hands‑on downstream processing, process monitoring, and data analysis, supporting our mission to deliver life‑changing solutions. Required Skills B.S. in Bio/Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related science 0-3 years of work experience, including at least six months in a biologics laboratory setting Proficiency in laboratory techniques including pipetting, reagent preparation, and process setup Experience with tangential flow filtration is a plus Strong skills in Excel, formulas, and spreadsheet linking Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Nice to Have Skills Experience performing biologics purification steps Familiarity with GLP standards Ability to work flexible hours for laboratory setup and experiments Experience analyzing and reporting experimental data Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific field Up to 3 years of laboratory experience, preferably in vaccine or biologics downstream processing Other Requirements Willingness to work flexible hours Ability to set up equipment for lab‑scale experiments Strong documentation skills to maintain accurate records Company Overview Johnson Service Group, Inc.
