Minimum Requirements:

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
• Active State License is Required to Start the Position
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities and home health preferred
• New graduates are welcome to apply
