Family Based Therapist-Mental Health ProfessionalFamily Based TherapistFull-Time Graduate Degree*SIGN-ON BONUS*The Family Based Mental Health Professional is a therapist that will be part of a two-person Treatment Team. You will be trained in and implement the Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) model to help strengthen relationships in families, improve executive functioning, identify and interrupt negative interaction patterns, and improve stability in the family. The Treatment Team will serve a maximum of eight (8) families in York/Adams Counties and will provide intensive therapeutic services in settings other than the traditional office environment.What you need to be SUCCESSFUL:Passion for patient care and a desire to make positive changes in someone's lifeProficiency in Excel, MS Word, and ability to learn and efficiently utilize other computer applicationsValid PA driver's license and auto insuranceAct 33 Clearance, Act 34 Clearance, and FBI ClearanceQualifications for The Family Based Mental Health Professional:A graduate degree in psychiatry, psychology, social work, nursing, education, rehabilitation, or a graduate degree in the field of human services plus 2 years' experience working with children/adolescentsIf YOU want to make a difference in the lives of families, apply to be a Family Based Mental Health Professional.
