Grow your affordable-housing career as a LIHTC Assistant Resident Manager in Turlock, CA !

We're seeking an organized Assistant Resident Manager for a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (Section 42) community. You'll support operations and resident service while learning the compliance work that makes Tax Credit housing run.

What you'll be doing:

• Support daily operations, leasing, and resident relations

• Assist with income certifications at move-in and annual recertifications

• Help maintain accurate, audit-ready tenant files under Section 42 rules

• Administer waitlists and verify household eligibility

• Manage rent collection, post payments, and follow up on delinquencies

• Provide outstanding service to current and prospective residents

• Support the Property Manager and step in as needed

What we're looking for:

• +1 year in property management, LIHTC / affordable housing preferred

• Familiarity with Section 42 income certification and recertification

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills

• Solid understanding of Fair Housing requirements

• Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, OneSite)

• TCS or C3P certification a plus

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Pay : $24.00 - $26.00/hour, paid weekly
