Part-Time Payroll Assistant

Location: In the Stead area
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Day Shift
Hours: Part-time; schedule is flexible within daytime business hours

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented  Part-Time Payroll Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with  ADP payroll software and be comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with weekly/biweekly payroll processing
• Enter and maintain employee payroll information accurately
• Review timecards, hours, and payroll records
• Assist with payroll-related questions and corrections
• Maintain confidential employee and payroll information
• Perform data entry and general administrative tasks
• Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software as needed
• Provide support to the payroll and administrative team

Qualifications

• ADP payroll experience is required
• Previous payroll or accounting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient with  Microsoft Excel and Word
• Comfortable working with numbers and confidential information
• Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
• Good communication and computer skills
• Must be available  Monday through Friday during daytime hours
• Part-time schedule with some flexibility in the exact hours

Compensation

$23.00 per hour
