ATR International is hiring a Global Supply Manager IV for a major client to assist with strategic planning, long term deal structuring and negotiations.

Details: The Global Supply and Sourcing Manager (GSSM) Role is responsible to determine sourcing strategy for equipment, negotiate best total cost of ownership, ensure on time delivery, and manage vendor relationships.

• Develop a nuanced understanding of the commodity landscape to forecast industry trends and gauge emerging competitive forces
• Identify changes in buyer and supplier power and use industry dynamics to client’s advantage
• Perform supplier financial research, spend analysis and ad-hoc financial analysis for strategic procurement deals
• Understand the trade-offs between cost, volume, and quality to strike agreements that meet performance criteria and secure long-term supply continuity
• Optimize supply chain performance through cost and capacity scenario analysis, and benchmarking
• Develop an in-depth understanding of value-added manufacturing processes and costs and market intelligence and apply this knowledge to influence future product roadmap and sourcing decisions
• Provide overall program management support and contribute to ongoing development of processes, templates, escalation procedures, and reporting

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Supply Chain
• BS/BA in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or a related / Masters degree or MBA preferred
• Experience working in Supply Chain, Operations, or related
• Experience in supplier management and operations
• Ability to identify and solve complex supply chain issues
• End to end ownership of contract negotiations for both commercial and legal aspects a plus
• Direct experience in long-term capacity planning a plus

Location: Austin, TX

Hourly Rate: $58.00 - $78.00

Full-time employees (working an average of 30 hours or more) are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Compensation

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience, as well as the benefits package you select.
