Responsibilities
Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
Support safe mobility and transfers
Provide reminders for meals, hydration, and daily routines
Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, sweeping, sanitizing surfaces)
Meal preparation based on client preferences
Run errands and grocery shop as needed
Observe and report changes in client condition
Document daily activities and communicate updates to the Care Coordinator

Requirement
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience caring for seniors or individuals with disabilities (personal or professional)
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to pass background and reference checks
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility
Strong communication skills and a respectful, professional demeanor

Preferred
CPR/First Aid certification
Experience in home care, assisted living, or family caregiving
Familiarity with dementia or mobility‐related needs
