We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled and patient-centered team at a highly rated senior living community in South Bend, IN. Continuing care retirement setting: short-term rehab, long-term care, outpatient, independent living and assisted living. Caseload with varied diagnoses and good mix of patient populations.
