Lead Phlebotomy Specialist — Complex Blood Collection

The American Red Cross in Fairfield, New Jersey seeks a CTIII (Fixed Site) Phlebotomy Technician to perform complex phlebotomy including Power Red extraction and to lead the on-site team. You will ensure specimens meet regulatory requirements while delivering compassionate public service. The role requires independent work, strong communication, and reliability in a high-volume setting. The schedule comprises 4 x 10-hour shifts Tue, Wed, Thu and Sat, with days off Sun, Mon and Fri, and #J-18808-Ljbffr American Red Cross
