Dairy Feed Mill Operator - Gooding

Personnel Plus, Inc. Twin Falls is now hiring 2 Mill Operators in Gooding, Idaho.
This position requires a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in physically demanding, outdoor conditions.
Pay and schedule:
- Night Shift $22.00/ hour
- Weds- Sat or Sun- Weds 5pm to 5am
- 12 hr shifts
- 40+ hours a week
What you’ll do:
- Conduct various production activities for high volume Feed Mill
- Operation of skid steers, loaders, forklifts, bulk mixing systems and track-mobiles
- Loading and unloading trucks and rail cars
- Actively participate in housekeeping efforts
- Drive production to meet established goals
- Monitor inventory levels
- Perform all duties with a safety-first mindset
- Other duties as assigned
What you’ll need:
- Perform tasks with sound judgement to overcome challenges
- Work safely while exposed to moving mechanical parts
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Safely lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass a background check
- Be drug free
- Must have at least GED or High School Diploma
