YOU WILL BE As a Selling Advisor, you provide outstanding customer service, build long‑lasting client relationships, and increase sales volume. WHAT YOU WILL DO Implement appropriate selling behaviors and exceed sales plans. Develop a clientele base. Maintain and gain knowledge on the brands we offer (Product Knowledge). Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities through consultative selling, exciting store events, and client engagement. Handle ad‑hoc responsibilities as required. Amazing employee discount. SALARY RANGE Salary Range: $13.00 – $18.00* SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS The hourly rate for this position is between $19.00 and $20.00 per hour. Factors influencing starting pay within this range include market, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for bonus and long‑term incentive compensation awards.
