Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in special education or closely related field
• Active special education teaching license in Michigan
• Experience working with high school-aged students preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and small-group instruction for a caseload of 3–6 students in a center-based setting
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Adapt and differentiate curriculum to foster student success
• Create a positive, inclusive, and structured classroom environment
• Collect data and monitor student progress toward academic, social, and behavioral goals
• Communicate regularly with families, therapists, and school staff
