Location: Casablanca Pub & Grill & Casagrotto, 1312 Bagnell Dam Blvd, Lake Ozark, MO
Job Type: Part-Time (Nights, Weekends, Holidays Required)
Pay: Competitive hourly wage + tips

Casablanca Pub & Grill and Casagrotto Brick Oven Pizza are well-known for great food, a lively lakeside atmosphere, and friendly service. Located on the historic Bagnell Dam Strip, we serve locals and visitors who come for our pizzas, burgers, appetizers, and casual dining favorites. We’re looking for reliable, energetic food runners to support our front-of-house and kitchen teams.

Position Summary

As a Food Runner at Casablanca, you’ll ensure meals are delivered promptly, accurately, and with excellent presentation. This role is key to maintaining quick, smooth service, especially during peak hours. Food Runners support both servers and kitchen staff to make sure every guest has a great dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately.

• Verify food orders match tickets before delivery.

• Assist servers by refilling drinks, clearing tables, and checking in with guests as needed.

• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and servers to ensure smooth service.

• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, expo stations, and dining areas.

• Support the team during busy shifts with flexibility and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to stay organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to lift and carry trays of food safely.
