REQUIRED PROCEDURES
•Cardiac Anesthesia
•Adult & Pediatric General Anesthesia
•Central and Arterial Lines
•PA Catheter Placement
•Bronchoscopy
•CRNA Supervision

JOB REQUIREMENTS
•Active Indiana License or IMLC
•Cardiac Fellowship Trained preferred
•BC/BE
•BLS Required
•ACLS if requesting conscious sedation privileges
•Procedure Logs (12 months)


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Provide cardiac anesthesia services
•Cover inpatient cardiac call
•Perform advanced anesthesia procedures
•Document in Epic
