FTI Consulting is seeking a Manager, Workday Reporting & Analytics to lead end-to-end reporting initiatives within the HR Data & Analytics team. You will translate ambiguous business needs into precise, scalable Workday solutions and partner with HR and COEs to align on priorities. You will design and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and integrations, mentor analysts, and drive data governance across the analytics ecosystem.
