LPN/LVN

Encompass Health seeks an LPN/LVN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. You will provide direct bedside nursing, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient progress, and support individualized rehab plans under RN and physician direction. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll educate patients and families, document care accurately, and help maintain a safe, nurturing, and dynamic environment with strong opportunities for professional growth.
