Sr. Operations Director

We are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Director to join our team. High quality management is an integral part to our restaurant’s success. Coaching and leading the team members while maintaining a positive work culture is essential to having a successful restaurant operation. Your Impact: Managing and Developing a team of 90+ Collaborate with the Leadership Team to create and implement new policies/procedures Maintaining a work environment that ensures food safety Scheduling and Labor Management Providing high quality guest experiences Reporting directly to the General Manager to discuss the current/future state of the store Operations Director is a full time opportunity and offers excellent benefits.
