Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for an evening shift in the Emergency Room. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, adhering to safety protocols and maintaining compliance with licensing requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and prioritize care based on acuity.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergent situations promptly.
• Document patient care activities accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Alabama or compact RN license at time of submission.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in large healthcare facilities.
• Certifications required include ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS; TNCC preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ER procedures, patient assessment, and emergency care.
• Exhibit strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Willing to work evening shifts (3:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
