Data Entry Specialist 2EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Data Entry Specialist 2 in Bethesda, MD. The Data Entry Specialist 1 major duties and responsibilities include generating tracking metrics and productivity reports for distribution. This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99.Schedule: Monday – Friday; 6:00am – 2:00pmEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesMaintain and operate in CMMSProvide customer support to clients who schedule service work ordersSupport dispatching and administering work orders to facility personnel (mechanics, engineers, etc.)Maintain current work order tracker and pull data from CMMS to organize important informationUpdate equipment, machinery, structural and systems data into the CMMSMonitor/update work orders and PM Program databaseTrack/file projectsOther administrative tasks as assignedQualificationsHigh school Diploma or EquivalentMinimum two years of experience in data base management/entryProficient in data entryMeticulous and detailed orientedGreat communication and customer service skillsExceptional interpersonal skillsTeam first mentalityMust be able to obtain a TS/SCI with a full-scope polygraphPhysical DemandsThe requirements below are needed to effectively carry out job duties.
