Restaurant General Manager

Overview Pizza Hut is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who leads with energy, teamwork and guest-focused service. The GM recruits, trains and motivates a winning team to deliver great pizza with a memorable guest experience. Responsibilities Lead and develop a winning restaurant team with a focus on guest satisfaction and great service. Provide training, motivation and growth opportunities for staff. Work to achieve financial results and uphold high standards for the operation. Ensure a positive working environment and a memorable guest experience. Qualifications At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry with responsibility for financial results. Strong ability to create a great place to work and to motivate the team. Customer-focused with a passion for serving guests and delivering smiles. At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (not strictly public transportation) for potential deposits.
