Together, these concepts create one of Boston's most exciting hospitality destinations. We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. What You'll Do As a Restaurant Manager, you'll be a visible leader on the restaurant floor, ensuring every service is executed with excellence while supporting, developing, and inspiring your team. Your Responsibilities Will Include Leading daily front-of-house operations and maintaining exceptional service standards. Being an active presence during service, supporting staff and engaging with guests. Delivering memorable guest experiences by anticipating needs and resolving concerns with professionalism and urgency. Coaching, mentoring, and developing front-of-house team members through ongoing training and leadership. Conducting daily pre-shift meetings to prepare the team for successful service. Assisting with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing new team members. Partnering with the General Manager and culinary team to ensure seamless communication and operational excellence. Upholding sanitation, food safety, and health department standards. Supporting employee performance management while fostering a positive, respectful workplace culture. Helping maintain operational efficiency while continually identifying opportunities to elevate the guest experience. What You’ll Bring We're looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and committed to creating an exceptional experience for both guests and team members. Qualifications Include Two or more years of management experience in an upscale, luxury, or high-volume restaurant. A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service. Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience using Microsoft Office and restaurant technology platforms.
