Senior FP&A Analyst

This role is responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities across a multi-company enterprise. The position partners closely with executive leadership and operational teams to provide financial modeling, performance analysis, KPI reporting, board-level presentations, and strategic decision support. The role will also serve as a system administrator for the company's OneStream financial consolidation and planning platform.
This is a Direct Hire position required to be fully Remote .

Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of FP&A or related finance experience with increasing responsibility in a complex, multi-entity organization
- Experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Ability to analyze and present data to executives and management teams
- Experience working with C-Suite or high-level executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
- Experience working in a private equity-backed company
- Proficiency with OneStream highly preferred; other enterprise financial planning software (Anaplan, Adaptive, Hyperion) is also relevant
- Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence/data visualization tools
- Familiarity with Epicor Prophet 21 or similar ERP/distribution platforms
