Responsibilities Serve as an ambassador, delivering excellent service in all circumstances. Execute duties in your assigned area (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.). Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Assist guests in entry, cashier, and dining areas, staying on the move. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety standards and cleaning protocols. Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes with a positive attitude. Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking duties, and helping set up the next shift. Qualifications Minimum age 16 years; able to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Clear communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a loud, fast‑paced environment, multitask, and maintain a positive attitude. Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic food safety understanding and completion of training (Food Handler’s Card, as required by law). Food service experience preferred but not required.
