Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to define and deliver AI-driven and agentic capabilities across enterprise data governance platforms. This role focuses on automation, intelligent workflows, and user-centric experiences, enabling scalable governance, improved data usability, and reduced manual effort through AI. What You’ll Do • Define and execute the roadmap for AI-enabled governance and data governance platform capabilities • Identify and deliver high-impact use cases, including: • Automated onboarding • Metadata enrichment and classification • Workflow automation and policy enforcement • Data discovery and recommendations • Design agentic workflows that: • Automate multi-step governance processes • Integrate across platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra, Glue) Define requirements for: • LLM-powered features (search, recommendations, metadata interpretation) • RAG-based knowledge and discovery experiences • Partner with engineering and platform teams to: • Translate product needs into technical solutions • Define success metrics (accuracy, adoption, efficiency, cost) • Improve user experience and adoption through: • Simplified workflows • Embedded AI capabilities • Intuitive data discovery • Manage and scale a governance product delivery team • Partner with engineering, enterprise data office, business, and domain teams to deliver governance outcomes Basic Qualifications-Technical Product Management experienceQualifications Required • 8–12+ years in product management, data governance platforms, or AI-driven products • Experience building or scaling data governance platform products • Strong product management skills: • Roadmap definition • Prioritization • Stakeholder alignment • Experience working with: • AI/ML or LLM-based systems • Data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake) • Metadata, governance, or workflow-driven systems • Ability to: • Define AI use cases and product requirements • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver solutions Preferred • Experience working with governance platforms and platform-native AI / agentic capabilities, including: • Governance platforms: • Collibra (control plane, metadata, policy management) • Databricks Unity Catalog (lineage, access control, governance) • Snowflake Horizon / Open Catalog (governance, sharing, discovery) • Platform AI and agentic tooling: • Databricks AI capabilities (e.g., Agent Bricks, ML/LLM integrations, workflow automation) • Snowflake AI capabilities (e.g., Cortex, AI/ML services, automation frameworks) • Open and interoperability frameworks: • Open Catalog / federated catalog approaches • API-driven integration across platforms • Metadata-driven and automation-driven governance • Experience with: • Data lineage, metadata, or quality frameworks • APIs and platform integrations • Knowledge of: • RAG architectures • Agentic workflows or orchestration patterns • Experience in: • Financial services or regulated environments Nice to Have • Experience building AI-driven automation or workflow products • Exposure to: • Data marketplace or data product models • Governance automation tools • Familiarity with evaluation frameworks for AI systems: • Accuracy, latency, cost, usability • Experience in MDM Success in This Role You will be successful if you: • Deliver AI-powered features that reduce manual effort and improve efficiency • Enable scalable, automated governance workflows across data governance platforms • Build products that are intuitive, reliable, and production-ready • You ask 'why' before 'how’ and can zoom in and out between strategic and technical perspectives. • You prioritize ruthlessly and measure success in terms of outcomes, not output. • You can tell a compelling data story to leadership & be an example of the potential of AI to transform data governance. • Operate as a strong partner across business and engineering This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week. If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
