HR Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and candidate-focused HR Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent as we scale. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team needs and build a diverse talent pipeline that aligns with our company culture and long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of open positions across departments.

• Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess cultural fit and technical competence.

• Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.

• Partner with leadership to define job requirements, write compelling job descriptions, and design effective interview processes.

• Extend job offers and act as the main point of contact for candidates during the onboarding transition.

What we look for

• 3+ years of experience in a dedicated recruiting or talent acquisition role.

• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing candidates across multiple specialties.

• Strong relationship-building skills with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.

• Experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and optimizing recruiting workflows.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills in a remote environment.
