Overview

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced cabinetry production environment. The Warehouse Production Manager will be responsible for leading production teams, ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining safety compliance, and driving operational efficiency. Candidates must be available to train on 1st shift before transitioning to their assigned schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production employees and team leads.
• Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and production schedules.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain production records, reports, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of orders.
• Address production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Train and mentor employees on production processes and best practices.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Production Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
• Experience in manufacturing, woodworking, cabinetry, furniture production, or a related industry preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and workplace safety practices.
• Proficient with computers and production reporting systems.
• Must be able to train on 1st shift.
