Cleaning Team Lead – Archbold, Ohio

Are you a strong team leader who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and keeping operations running smoothly?

Advance Cleaning Contractors is hiring a 2nd Shift Team Lead to support our janitorial teams across multiple facilities. Cleaning experience is NOT required — we’re looking for someone who knows how to lead people, communicate clearly, and take ownership of daily operations.

This is a great opportunity for retail supervisors, restaurant managers, shift leads, hospitality leaders, or team coordinators ready for a stable schedule and long-term growth.

Pay & Benefits

✔ $16.50 per hour
✔ Paid vacation time

Schedule

• 2nd Shift (Monday–Friday)
• Daily reporting/check-in at 4:30PM
• Some flexibility based on business needs

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support janitorial team members at assigned locations
• Conduct site visits and quality inspections
• Coach employees and help build a positive team culture
• Communicate with clients and management professionally
• Solve problems quickly and keep operations running smoothly
• Assist with onboarding and training new hires
• Complete daily updates and reporting

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and professional
• Experience leading people in any industry (cleaning experience not required)
• Comfortable driving a company vehicle during the workday
• Background check required
• Valid state driver's and dependable vehicle
