Remote Senior Product Manager (f/m/d)

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product. The ideal candidate has worked in dynamic startup environments and is passionate about applying state-of-the-art AI research to real-world enterprise solutions. You will own the product roadmap, work closely with cross-functional teams, and drive the successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. This role requires an understanding of automation/ AI technologies, market dynamics, and a customer-centric approach to product development.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring it is aligned with customer needs, business goals, and the latest trends in automation and AI.
• Define and execute the product strategy and vision, aligning it with the company’s overall objectives and market needs.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to post-launch improvements.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
• Define and track key product performance metrics. Use data to drive decisions, improve product features, and optimize the user experience.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and pricing.
• Stay at the cutting edge of automation and AI advancements by conducting continuous market research, competitive analysis, and tracking industry trends to ensure our products remain competitive and innovative.
• Utilize your previous experience working in high-growth, next-gen startups to bring agility, customer focus, and a strong execution mindset to the team.
• Stay informed about the latest state-of-the-art research in large language models and apply these findings to develop intelligent, automated solutions that address complex enterprise challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 
• 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on automation, SaaS, or AI-driven technologies.
• Strong experience in automation technologies (RPA, workflow automation, etc.) with an understanding of how these solutions solve enterprise problems.
• Demonstrated experience working in high-growth startups, particularly in the tech/AI space, with a keen understanding of agile development processes and startup challenges.
• Ability to manage complex product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business needs, customer value, and technical feasibility.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across various teams.
• Strong technical acumen, with an ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
