Global Compensation & Data Insights Specialist
CommScope
CommScope is seeking a Compensation Specialist to join our Total Rewards team in supporting global compensation processes and administering policies and programs. The role acts as liaison to HRIS, IT, and HR Shared Services on day-to-day activities and works with multiple departments on compensation projects. The ideal candidate has a 3–5 year track record in compensation analysis or design, strong Excel skills, and experience with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors or Workday. #J-18808-Ljbffr CommScope
