Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Schedule: Varied 12-hour shifts

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:

• Recent acute care hospital experience within the past 2 years
• 2 years of emergency department experience
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS (must be willing to obtain if not currently active)
• Oregon nursing license (must be willing to obtain if not currently active)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Apply the nursing process to the care of patients within the RN scope of practice.
• Teach patients and significant others about their care.
• Document patient care in the medical record.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate overall patient care.
