Registered Nurse (RN) - L&D

Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery

Schedule: 12 hr nights

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 72-80 working hours every two weeks

Requirements:

• Current Hawaii License
• Labor and Delivery experience
• Couple care experience
• Intermediate or advanced fetal monitoring skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery and Nursery units.
• Monitor and assess fetal and maternal health during labor and delivery.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on childbirth, postpartum care, and infant care.

Compliance / Notes:

• Reference checks should be sent via email. Do not call for reference checks.
• When assigned to charge nurse duties, an additional $2.00/hr. will be compensated.
• May float to assist other departments but not as a primary nurse.
