Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to support our center‑based program. Our program delivers structured early intervention for young learners with autism, and we pride ourselves on providing personalized therapy. As an SLP, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our talented team to ensure superior treatment outcomes for our clients. We provide comprehensive onboarding and training to equip you to deliver the highest quality therapy. Your Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Manage a manageable client caseload based on your working hours. Conduct parent training sessions quarterly for each client on your caseload. Provide parent training after an evaluation or reevaluation within one month. Meet billable hour expectations, which will be prorated based on your hours worked. Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and Board Certified Behavior Analysts to ensure consistent treatment for shared clients. Participate in team meetings as scheduled. Uphold client confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Maintain open communication with families and clinical teams to enhance treatment effectiveness and progress toward goals. Due to the nature of the work, all clinical staff are required to assist with diaper changing and toileting needs, as well as engage physically on the floor with children. Experiential & Certification Requirements Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current, active Speech Therapy licensure in your state of practice. Meet ASHA's Certification of Clinical Competence requirements for Speech Language Pathology or Audiology. Hold current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience working with young children with autism in early intervention settings. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must pass a federal, state, and county background check. Physical Requirements Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, squat, run, or stand for extended periods. Ability to manipulate and reach for objects. Capability to lift 30 pounds.
