Hybrid - Bethesda, Maryland, United States Sep 22, 2026 $74,000 - $124,000/year Job Family: Program Management Travel Required: None Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Public Trust We are seeking a Program Coordinator to support the NIH Office of Intramural Training & Education (OITE) with online resources, digital learning platforms, event support, and program coordination. The Program Coordinator will provide administrative, technical, and programmatic support to help OITE deliver current and accessible online resources, learning opportunities, job and opportunity listings, major events, and resource discovery tools. This is a full-time role based in Bethesda, MD. Work may be performed remotely, onsite, or in a hybrid arrangement as determined by the Government. What You Will Do: Update and organize webpages, announcements, schedules, program details, forms, registration links, FAQs, downloadable materials, and other online resources. Review web content for accuracy, clarity, accessibility, broken links, outdated information, navigation, and formatting consistency; coordinate updates with staff. Receive, review, format, post, track, archive, and quality-check job listings, fellowships, internships, training opportunities, and related career development postings. Assist users, employers, and program staff with routine questions related to job listings and opportunity submissions. Provide technical support for virtual meetings, webinars, online workshops, digital learning sessions, and approved platforms, including setup, testing, access assistance, and troubleshooting. Maintain user guides, troubleshooting notes, standard operating procedures, platform documentation, user accounts, data entries, and reports as directed. Assist with digital course design and convert training materials into online course formats within Adobe Learning Manager or other approved learning platforms. Upload, update, test, and maintain course materials, recordings, slides, transcripts, readings, quizzes, assessments, completion requirements, and learner navigation. Support learner enrollment, course assignments, completion tracking, participation reporting, evaluation reporting, course quality control, and organized course documentation. Coordinate major events, including poster days, career fairs, trainee fairs, orientations, workshops, and other high-visibility programs. Support event plans, schedules, registration, attendee tracking, speakers, exhibitors, participant communications, materials, technology, abstract submissions, poster uploads, judging assignments, surveys, reports, and lessons learned. Maintain OITE FINDER content, links, program descriptions, categories, resource entries, feedback, issue logs, status updates, and basic user support; test search functions, filters, links, and interface features. Provide general program coordination by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and notes, tracking action items, maintaining calendars and project trackers, drafting communications and reports, responding to routine inquiries, and supporting data collection and analysis. Prepare timely and accurate website updates, job-listing updates, technology documentation, course updates and reports, event materials, FINDER updates, monthly status reports, and meeting notes/action items. Protect Government, trainee, registration, user, and credential information and comply with applicable accessibility, Section 508, privacy, security, records management, branding, and communications requirements. Provide occasional support outside normal business hours for approved major events, system updates, or urgent program needs. What You Will Need: Minimum (2) years demonstrated experience providing program coordination, administrative support, or project support. Experience updating websites or managing online content. Familiarity with learning management systems and digital course support. Ability to support virtual platforms, webinars, online meetings, and digital learning tools. Experience supporting events, conferences, fairs, poster sessions, or similar programs. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and produce accurate and timely deliverables. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, shared document platforms, spreadsheets, and project trackers. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust. Candidates must receive approved adjudication of their Public Trust prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an active Public Trust or existing suitability are preferred Incumbent capture – no other candidates were considered due to an identified incumbent who meets the labor category requirements provided by the customer What Would Be Nice To Have: Experience with Adobe Learning Manager or Adobe LMS. Familiarity with Section 508 accessibility requirements. Ability to safeguard sensitive and non-public information. Ability to provide courteous and effective customer service. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with Government staff. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to proofread, format, organize, and quality-check content. Experience supporting content management systems, online resource directories, or resource discovery tools. The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
