Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate
Location: Gilbert, AZ
Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is $17.00 - $17.00 per hour. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.

Position Summary

The Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate is responsible for ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials that support the production of precision spring manufacturing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks while handling materials safely and efficiently.
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate warehouse stock levels.
• Label, package, and stage finished products for shipping.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse in accordance with company safety standards.
• Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure timely movement of materials.
• Operate warehouse equipment as trained (forklift experience is a plus but not required).

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and experience using scanners or inventory systems are a plus.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
