Front Of House ManagerA Front of House Manager is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant's heart. They are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence. A Front of House Manager's two main areas of focus are overseeing the completion of daily and weekly tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Front of House Managers lead by example first and set the tone that others will follow.Front of House Manager Responsibilities:Lead/oversee daily operations of assigned shiftTroubleshoot staffing for the shift.Hold team accountable to the handbook and culture standards.Document policy violationsOwn conversations/meeting with team members and leadersOversees taste, speed of service, order accuracy for the daypart.Maintain proper money handling procedures.Ensure a balanced safe before leaving, investigate any variance in the drawers or safe.Qualifications and Requirements:Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibilityReliable transportationAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong people skills with a desire to serve Team MembersStrong commitment to superior customer serviceAbility to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issuesPrior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.The ability to speak Spanish or another language in addition to English is not required but is preferred.Our Benefits Include:A fun work environment where you can positively influence othersFlexible scheduling (and closed on Sundays)Learning first-hand from an experienced Operator and Restaurant LeadersIntentional growth and development to help you reach your professional goalsScholarship opportunitiesCompetitive payChick-fil-A Lindle Road is an EEO employer.
