Social Media, Community Manager

Responsibilities Manage day-to-day publishing across Jonathan Adler’s social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Maintain social content calendars and coordinate with Brand Creative and Marketing teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns, launches, events, and brand initiatives. Collaborate closely with the Director of Brand Creative, designers, and marketing leadership to develop and execute social content that reflects the Jonathan Adler brand. Write, edit, and publish social copy that is on-brand, engaging, and platform appropriate. Manage community engagement across channels, including responding to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and thoughtful manner. Monitor social conversations and identify opportunities for engagement, partnership, amplification, and community building. Support content creation through briefing, shoot coordination, asset management, and social-first recommendations. Track and report on channel performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Stay informed on platform updates, emerging trends, and evolving best practices across the social media landscape. Maintain organized archives of social content, assets, and performance reporting. Requirements 3-5+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, publisher, or lifestyle company. Excellent written communication and copywriting skills. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn best practices. Experience managing content calendars and executing multi-channel publishing strategies. Demonstrated ability to build and engage online communities. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and project management skills. Comfortable collaborating with creative teams and working within established brand guidelines. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social reporting and performance metrics.
