Registered Nurse, Acute - Med/Surg, IMC (Straight Nights)

Position Summary Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to patients during a 10‑hour night shift schedule. Work Shift: 10 Hours – Night Shifts (United States of America). Scheduled Weekly Hours: 24. Compensation: Salary Range: $32.00 – $48.00 per hour. Union Position: No. Department Details: Not specified. Responsibilities Collaborate with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise and knowledge, using appropriate age and population‑specific standards. Provide care in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up. Plan and coordinate care, conduct patient assessment, provide patient education, triage patients, and perform various nursing interventions. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA, or equivalent). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Current unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where practice occurs, or multistate licensure in the Nurse Licensure Compact. Obtain and maintain required department‑specific competencies and certifications.
