Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,105–$2,262 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (3x12) Start date: 07/20/2026 Setting: hospital-based ICU May float to other ICUs (S5 TNICU, S6 MICU, S7 MICU) and M/S units as needed Responsibilities Provide holistic nursing care across the life span, including assessment, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation in the ICU. Develop and revise the customer’s plan of care; coordinate care among disciplines; delegate appropriate activities to other team members. Monitor cardiac rhythms, respond to telemetry changes, administer medications, and support hemodynamic monitoring as part of the ICU workflow. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote evidence-based practices and ensure patient and family education, safety, and quality outcomes. Document care in the medical record and participate in discharge planning and transitions of care. Demonstrate leadership in practice, including adherence to standards and contributing to a positive environment of care. Requirements Active Minnesota RN license BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association or ARC) Epic experience required Minimum 1 year of ICU RN experience; adult and geriatric population Preferred: experience with fresh open-heart surgery patients; interpretation of cardiac rhythms; experience with Impella and balloon pumps Willingness to float to other ICUs (S5 TNICU, S6 MICU, S7 MICU) and M/S units as needed Submission requirements: two supervisory references with dates employed; skills checklist current to 1 year; all RTO requests must be included at submittal Benefits and Support Guaranteed hours: 36 per week 13-week contract duration Night shift with 12-hour shifts Dedicated recruitment and travel support throughout the assignment Credentialing and onboarding assistance Ongoing traveler support and guidance Nationwide assignments available upon completion of this contract Access to support resources during the assignment Pay Disclaimer Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
