In this role, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service within our Personal Lines business by combining human connection with modern, tech-enabled solutions. Support clients with confidence and care, ensuring their personal insurance needs are understood and addressed. Handle inbound and outbound sales activity focused on small business accounts, leveraging qualified leads provided by Gallagher. Leverage Gallagher's digital tools, systems, and evolving technologies to streamline processes and enhance client experience. Collaborate closely with teammates and leaders in a fast-moving environment where ideas are welcomed, and innovation is encouraged. About You

Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year of relevant insurance experience P&C Insurance licensing required Preferred Exceptional Communication: Build strong, professional relationships with internal and external partners through clear, confident, and collaborative communication Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines Continuous Improvement Mindset: Motivated to learn, develop new skills, and identify ways to work more effectively Team Player: Open to feedback and energized by collaboration toward shared goals Tech-Savvy Curiosity: Comfortable learning and using new tools, systems, and digital resources to maximize impact
