Project Manager
Our client is a well respected and established General Contractor in the Indianapolis area and are looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team. They have several high profile multifamily projects coming up and are looking for someone to join them. This company has an incredible reputation and a strong backlog of projects.
Job Description
Managing ground up multifamily projects from foundation to key turnover. Successfully lead construction projects valued over $20M. Delivering on time and within budge projects for multifamily clients across Indianapolis. Create and maintain the master schedule. Assist in preconstruction planning. Oversee a Project Engineer and delegate tasks. Work alongside Superintendent and subcontractors to deliver successful projects.
The Successful Applicant
5+ years working on multifamily projects. BS Degree in relevant field required. Land development experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to direct, organize, and communicate with people of all levels and personalities. Ability to read and understand contracts, blueprints, construction project schedules, and scopes of work. Ability to successfully manage moderately complex projects from preconstruction stage to completion. Experience working on projects ground up & valued over $20M (minimum requirement). Experience managing budget, schedule, logistics, etc. Ground-up wood frame multi-family experience required. Familiarity with Procore.
What's on Offer
Base salary: $90k-120K, based upon experience. Great benefits package - dental, health, vision, life. 4 weeks PTO. Competitive sign on bonus. Monthly car allowance or truck provided.
