Scrum Lead/Project Manager

About the Job Sogeti, part of Capgemini, is seeking an experienced ScrumLead / Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of infrastructure andoperations initiatives while supporting Agile transformation across multipletechnical teams. This hybrid role combines traditional project management withScrum leadership, partnering closely with engineering, infrastructure, andoperations teams to drive project execution, Agile delivery, and continuousimprovement. The ideal candidate is an organized delivery leader who caneffectively balance project governance with Agile best practices in a fast-paced enterprise environment. What You Will Do Leadthe end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure andoperations projects while ensuring alignment with PMO standards andbusiness objectives. FacilitateAgile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, SprintReviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning, to promote effective teamcollaboration and delivery. Manageproject scope, schedules, budgets, financial forecasting, risks, issues,dependencies, and executive status reporting across multiple initiatives. Partnerwith infrastructure, operations, engineering, and business stakeholders toprioritize work, coordinate cross-functional dependencies, and deliverhigh-quality solutions. Serveas a Scrum Lead and Agile coach, guiding teams through Agile adoption,continuous improvement, and organizational change while removing deliveryimpediments. Trackproject progress and delivery health using Microsoft project managementand Agile tools, providing transparent communication to stakeholders andleadership. What You Will Bring 7+years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, Agile Delivery,or a hybrid Project Manager/Scrum Lead role supporting enterprisetechnology initiatives. Provenexperience leading infrastructure, operations, or engineering projectsusing Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies. Strongexperience managing project financials, budgets, schedules, risks,dependencies, and executive stakeholder communications. Experiencefacilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching Agile teams, and supporting Agiletransformation initiatives within technical organizations. Proficiencywith Microsoft project management tools, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similarAgile project management platforms. Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, ComputerScience, Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred. Equivalentcombination of education and relevant experience will also be considered. ScrumMaster certification (CSM, PSM, or SAFe) is preferred. PMP certification is aplus.
