Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in automotive systems, particularly in vehicle architecture and integration for electric vehicles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in structural body design, excellent communication and customer-handling skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across onsite and offshore locations. Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver automotive projects with a focus on structural body and vehicle integration. Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from the customer side and guide internal teams based on project requirements. Ensure high-quality project delivery by managing timelines, resources, and team performance. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present project updates and technical insights. Support vehicle architecture development, especially for electric vehicles. Facilitate collaboration between onsite and offshore teams to meet customer expectations. Utilize tools such as Creo for design-related tasks (hands-on experience is an added advantage). Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience in the automotive industry. Subject Matter Expertise in automotive systems, vehicle integration, and body structure. Proven experience in managing teams and delivering complex engineering projects. Strong communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills. Preferred Qualifications Hands-on experience with Creo or similar CAD tools.
